We’re excited to be a part of Et cetera 2012, a week-long series of series of pro-women, pro-queer, pro-art, and pro-imagination events including gallery shows, panel discussions & radical arts intermixed with bands, late night parties, and drinks at Public Assembly, running Sept. 16-22.
We’re the last event of the series, immediately following some other great events on Saturday the 22nd. So, come early for The Emma Straub Hollywood Variety Hour (7pm, $27) featuring conversations, live music, and more with novelist Emma Straub, actor and author Andrew McCarthy, musician Stephin Merritt (of the Magnetic Fields), blogging genius Maris Kreizman, and other special guests.
Meanwhile, in the back room, there’s a lecture on Robot Sex and a ladies 5-borough arm-wrestling tournament.
RSVP on Facebook, and stay tuned for more information!
